I called them recently to ask for advice on a civil matter, and they were EXTREMELY dismissive. Being condescending, and rude. I don’t recommend calling them for anything unless you want to experience disrespect and extreme unprofessional behavior. They suck. Period.
I didnt even get 5 minutes into talking about my case and he told me im not about your lip so you watch your tongue miss. when all i said was i forced to sign my aggreement under duress.
