Extremely terrible place — everyone must avoid it. I booked for 10 AM, but everyone showed up late, and I waited 20 minutes. The massage therapist was the last to arrive. When I asked why she was so late, she replied with a terribly rude attitude, saying, 'There's nothing I can do about the traffic — what do you expect?' with absolutely no apology. Place is clean massage is good. 65 dollars an hour is not bad. The only problem is the girl in reception always demands for tips . They should not force it. If I don't have extra cash they tell me to pay tips with card. The management should take action about it.
Just a disaster; unlike any toronto area asian spa I have ever been to; believe me when I say you will be very disappointed
