Great customer service from the office with skilled and friendly technicians. Have used them 4 times for various systems and have been happy with every experience.
we had been dealing with another company in regards to our daikin air conditioner (the company that installed it) and were getting no where. We ended up ringing daikin nationslly for support, they put us onto May Air and they fixed the problem straight away, they have been cleaning and maintaining our split systems ever since, and are reliable honest and give you frank and direct advice. so far they have not steered us wrong. Highly recommend them for all maintenance and New installations.

I cant recommend this company highly enough, they went above & beyond to help us get our caravan aircond replaced. Marie kept us up to date on the transport & fitting day & times. Due to unforeseen staff shortage they sub contracted another business to get it fitted on the due date. It was then discovered that Dometic had sent the wrong unit, fortunately Les Morgan had a spare one in his shed & worked well over beer oclock to fit this for us so we could get on our way, both businesses deserve a thumbs up from us.
Outstanding service, After arriving in Darwin from Dubbo NSW our caravan air conditioning wasn’t working efficiently. We contacted May Air and from the time we contacted them till the end results which was a new air conditioner, the service was spot on & very professional.Ash the service technician explained all possibilities, problems and solutions.We have no hesitation in recommending them.
