Moved in a month ago. Place is nice enough, Kellie and the maintenance team are nice but whatever management group took over is doing a very bad job at COMMUNICATING sent you emails over 2 weeks ago about our check never being applied to our account and still haven't heard back. I understand delays but to just not respond is unacceptable. Would NOT recommend living here!!! Update still haven't heard anything, went to the office and was told 1 of the managers would call and get the situation figured out. Still nothing!! But w... read more

If you are seeking a safe and consistent place to live, this is not it! Staffs answer to any issues in the community is call the police! -They control the pool and the amenities like we are children. Staff closes the pool down for an entire day, which other local apartments, do their maintenance in the morning and have the pool open by afternoon. Kristo and his team were perfect. They transformed our home and made it even more beautiful than we imagined. So incredibly easy to work with. Kristo is an amazing craftsman. The team made it seamless for us. Our house was clean as a whistle when they moved every piece of furniture back in place. A real gentleman and a pleasure to work with.
