This is by far the most poorly managed building I have ever lived in. Even with a new property manager, the building is still a joke. The condo board appears to be apathetic, and the condo manager is doing the bare minimum at most. The elevator breaks down regularly when the weather changes, and there are leaks in the Parkade on a regular basis. The quality of the pipes must be very poor. Lived here for 2 years: CONS - lacks security. locks on the door are very often broken despite locksmiths coming to “fix” them. More often than not (especially the side door) it is unlocked for anyone to come in and have had lots of issues with unwarranted individuals entering. (keep your door locked ALWAYS.) - constant problems with the A/C despite them saying the system is perfectly fine - parkade is very dirty; dont put anything in the storage locker unless you want it to be absolutely covered in dirt and dust. - one elev... read more
I’ve lived here for a year and just renewed my contract. The new management company actually gets things done: they fix issues fast, installed secure locks at entrances, and added sturdy gates to the parking lot. Safety’s solid, like no strangers wandering around. During -30°C winters, the elevator occasionally acts up, but climbing four floors isn’t the end of the world. It's just like a warm-up for me. I like that it’s close to my work, which makes life a lot easier. The area’s great too with plenty of shops and cafés nearby. Love that Starbucks and Safeway are just around the corner. It’s very quiet and just a good place to live overall.
I've been living in this building for over two years now. I'm happy, Everything is nearby: my job, coffee shops, and grocery stores. We have new parking gates and new front door locks. If something happens, the management company will fix it quickly.Moreover, we have polite and quiet neighbors.
