They are quick to take your money and Help you file your taxes. Good luck getting them to help you with anything after that. Never received my state refund for 2023 and Have been trying to get a hold of them since last year.

This is a great place to trust to file your taxes. I’ve been with Andre for over 10 years and I’ve never had a bad experience with him. His customer service is excellent so if anyone ever need a tax preparer, this is a great place to go stick and stay.

I went to Max refunds on February 22, 2024 and was promised I would receive my refund in approximately two weeks. First check came in March. I was told it was the check for 1771 which was a lie. It was a check for 2094 of which I only received $500 upfront and $1000 a week later, that’s a little short of 2094 then I received a letter in the mail from franchise Tax Board stating I never they never got my 1099 so I had to resubmit my taxes so my check wasn’t done through franchise Tax Board until June 6 when I was told it was ... read more
