Only giving a 1 star to leave review. I moved across the country from FL to NV. I haven’t lived in my apartment a full 2 weeks and I’ve been given an eviction notice. This is stemming from a $200 move in charge. Which went to $300 for a late fee. This charge should’ve been brought to my attention AT move in. Not a week later when it’s already late. I called this number to politely ask for a management number to file a complaint about my local Maxx Property. I was treated terribly and then hung up on twice. Absolutely the worst customer experience I’ve ever had. Wow.

If I could give a zero, I would. Edit: Since this message, my husband and I have called multiple times over the course of over 2 weeks and still haven’t gotten a response. Update: 2/12/25 I’ve still not gotten a response, nor has my husband, for any of the messages we’ve been leaving since 12/23/24.

THE WORST management company. I’ve been trying to coordinate with the property manager since August 2024 to resolve the massive infestation of roaches and rodents in one of his units, that’s impacting other apartments in the building. Him and his team have continued to ignore myself along with the Board of the building to the point I had to get the city involved.
