My recent experience with MAXX Properties has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I live at Camelback Cove Apartments, one of their Phoenix communities, and when my AC went out during the Phoenix summer, I expected better communication and better management. Victor took care of our emergency maintenance needs very late at night with no complaint. He was amazing, attentive, and even attended to additional needs out of the kindness of his heart. Victor is the best and I hope he gets a raise because the man deserves it!
I recently bought from this company and it was a great experience. I primarily interacted with Miss Nisha. She was very professional and helpful. She was alway willing to give advice, help with follow ups and alway there for giving a helping hand. It was an absolute pleasure working with someone like Nisha at Maxx Properties!
Only giving a 1 star to leave review. I moved across the country from FL to NV. I haven’t lived in my apartment a full 2 weeks and I’ve been given an eviction notice. This is stemming from a $200 move in charge. Which went to $300 for a late fee. This charge should’ve been brought to my attention AT move in. Not a week later when it’s already late. I paid the $300 the very next day considering banks were closed and I needed a cashiers check. I disputed the $100 late fee. Still received the eviction notice. This is a large co... read more
I called this number to politely ask for a management number to file a complaint about my local Maxx Property. I was treated terribly and then hung up on twice. Absolutely the worst customer experience I’ve ever had. Wow.
