Attempted to contact someone to get a set of keys duplicated. They informed me that they don't, which is acceptable. However, I had another question, and the caller simply hung up. Additionally, they simply picked up the phone and hung up twice when I attempted to contact them back!

Alex is the man!! Great communication, on time, 100% knew what he was doing, and helped us with several issues that we didn’t exactly know about. Repair, don’t replace, with Alex and his company Maxx security. He’s a trustworthy polish gent. We will call him back for any issues in the future. He’s in the pic fixing our intercom system. I know he doesn’t have a lot of reviews but I do, and trust me he’s the man!
