I think I've found my permanent Primary Physician and Team!! I scheduled my first appointment at the end of August, there was no long wait time, the receptionist was professional and smiling but the thing that calmed me most was the R&B music playing lol I have some serious health issues for my age so it's been hard to find a good Dr. A good Dr isn't going to prescribe you random medicine and send you on your way. Cliff & team were the unprofessional “healthcare” team I’ve encountered Not sure which was worse - getting laughed at for the insurance I have, or the fact they were unable to assist with the issue I came in for “because they don’t do that” after I was EXTREMELY CLEAR over the phone why I booked the appointment Received unexpected bill for services they didn’t provide and had to fight for weeks to get resolved. My daughter is seen here, I like the fact that the care providers take time to ensure she comprehends her care plan etc.
My girl Mia was amazing at the front desk. Cliff was extremely helpful answered all my questions from the moment he took my call. Very excited about this process.
