Cliff & team were the unprofessional “healthcare” team I’ve encountered Not sure which was worse - getting laughed at for the insurance I have, or the fact they were unable to assist with the issue I came in for “because they don’t do that” after I was EXTREMELY CLEAR over the phone why I booked the appointment Received unexpected bill for services they didn’t provide and had to fight for weeks to get resolved. Called and the guy seemed annoyed to have to answer the phone
My daughter is seen here, I like the fact that the care providers take time to ensure she comprehends her care plan etc.
My girl Mia was amazing at the front desk. Cliff was extremely helpful answered all my questions from the moment he took my call. Very excited about this process.
Nice and friendly staff. I love that I was able to speak freely without them judging me and explaining my heath issue. See u all soon
