Visited this gym location around a week 1/2 ago, staff was nowhere close to friendly I had asked for a manager and she had mentioned that she was the manger already. It just appeared like she didn’t want to give me (a paying customer) the time of day or maybe she just wasn’t having the best day? I have been coming here for a few years on and off and this is absolute 360 from the previous owner, super friendly staff with clean bathrooms, no more broken machines along with some new ones, and a cold plunge! I will definitely be keeping my membership for a while
I've been a gym member at LA Fitness and the Fitness Plaza for years and Planet Fitness for a few months in the Lehigh Valley and this club is by far the best. I've been a member for about two months now which, I believe, is soon after the place was brought under new management with Lia, which is why a lot of these 3-star (and lower) reviews confused the hell out of me. The people who work at gym are all very nice. Enjoying working out here. The added salons, red light bed, etc, are very much appreciated.
