The front desk employee was extremely rude when I called to ask a simple question and wouldn’t work with me just because I belong to a corporate MAXX fitness and they are franchise. 0/10 customer service.
Gym is clean and has friendly staff. Needs more free weight machines for squat/lunge variations, but overall a good selection of cardio and weight machines.
I love this gym. The staff here is super friendly. I found this gym by searching for local gyms that had the Les Mills Body Pump classes. I came in and asked whether they offered free trial for classes (I like to make sure that I like the classes and instructors before I commit because that makes a difference).The gentleman that I spoke with told me that you do get a few trial.
