“If I could give this place zero stars, I would. This morning I went as a guest with my husband, who is a Black Card member. He authorized my entry and left, and literally the next moment the manager, Earl, came at me being rude, arrogant, and disrespectful. He told me I couldn’t stay without my husband and basically kicked me out like I was trash. It was humiliating, unprofessional, and completely unnecessary.
