“If I could give this place zero stars, I would. This morning I went as a guest with my husband, who is a Black Card member. He authorized my entry and left, and literally the next moment the manager, Earl, came at me being rude, arrogant, and disrespectful. He told me I couldn’t stay without my husband and basically kicked me out like I was trash. It was humiliating, unprofessional, and completely unnecessary. literally the worst customer service and run around i’ve had with any company. figure your stuff out.
staff very helpful, nice environment, new machines, i thought this was pretty inviting: i saw the manager in the men's bathroom spraying and wiping down the baseboards under the sink. the place is very very clean for a gym.
