Ordered a Saddleman seat from them. 3 times it came damaged from the factory. No fault of Maxxcycle. They went out of their way to make it right and even went an extra mile to ensure I was happy. Britney worked hard to ensure I had my new seat ready to go for a planned ride I had. Wonderful service and would definitely shop with them again.
Good mechanics. Sometimes need to Be more communicative with the customer so they are aware of what is going on. Lots of parts and accessories.
Maxx Cycle saved my weekend. Coming back from port Alberni to Victoria I had a horrible oil leak coming from my oil cooler. Called Maxx cycle after a tow truck company quoted me $850, and they saved the day. I saved tons of money and stress, also was able to ride home. I may have been lucky on timing, but Blaine fixed my leak on the spot at a more than fair price. Customer service was fast, friendly and direct.
Bought a bike from Dave, him and his team are second to none, they are friendly, knowledgeable and honest. I would highly recommend maxx cycle for all your HD needs.
Ordered saddleman custom seat. Price was good, almost same as saddleman site. Paid upfront, was told 8 weeks for delivery. It came in about 6 weeks. We'll packed, exactly what I ordered. Lots of help and good customer service thanks to maxx cycle.
