I went into Maxx Cycle in Nanaimo a bit unsure if I’d be able to get the help I was looking for, and these guys were fantastic. Friendly, fast, and efficient, and in all honesty, it was an outstanding customer experience from start to finish. Huge thanks to Brody, Dave, and the rest of the crew who helped me out. You guys are awesome!

While my husband and I were on our holidays July 1-7th on Vancouver Island, our Clutch Cable broke just as we came up to the first set of lights on Hwy 1 and Cedar Road so we pulled over and started calling Motorcycle shops in Nanaimo. Very professional and easy to deal with. Had Big Bear suspension installed in front and rear of my bike, what an amazing suspension setup. Had a fuel moto contender exhaust installed a few weeks later also, love the set up. Great pricing and got me booked in right away, I’ll be a repeat customer for sure!!!
