We are extremely dissatisfied with this rental experience. The first vehicle had severe steering wheel vibration at highway speeds, creating a serious safety concern. Despite this, we were asked to drive all the way to Toronto Pearson for an exchange vehicle and wait for a mechanic, even though we specifically booked from the Markham location for convenience. We recently rented a 12‑seater vehicle from Maxx Car Rental in Markham for a long‑distance road trip with our basketball team, and the service was outstanding. The staff were kind, helpful and always willing to meet our expectations. The vehicle was extremely clean, comfortable, and in excellent condition, which made the long drive smooth and enjoyable for everyone. Highly recommended for anyone looking for reliable group transportation and exceptional customer service.
