Maxx Rental Car is one of the best options in Toronto for 12 seater vans. We have rented with them in several occasions when we have family visiting the city and always have received a great service. In Maxx Rental Car their vehicles are clean and in good condition, and the staff are always friendly, polite, very knowledgeable, extremely efficient and provide an outstanding customer service. Many thanks to the manager and the entire team for your wonderful care! They definitely deserve five stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I rented a van from this establishment, and my experience was absolutely amazing. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly by staff who were kind and courteous. The van was very clean, reliable, and drove extremely well. I was very pleased with its performance throughout my 12-day rental. Returning the van was just as easy and pleasant as picking it up. The drop-off process was quick, simple, and trouble-free. Thank you very much for such a great experience!

If I am going to rent a vehicle to go around Toronto Niagara or Brampton Hamilton or Neighboring town and cities, I will go straight back to this rental place. Staffs are friendly and very easy to have a word with. English speaking/listening is never a problem and will check the car with you make sure there are no damages or if there is, they will tell you right away.

I recently rented 12 passenger ford transit (BZHE 018) from Maxx located near YYZ for a duration of 9 days, but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The quality of the vehicle provided fell significantly short of our expectations. To begin with, the car's interior was okay, and the AC vents consistently came out from the roof, causing inconvenience throughout the trip. Found them when I was trying to book a 9 seater for our trip. All other rental companies had sold out or were expensive. Maxx rental was priced moderately and was available at that time. They gave us a new car which was clean and neat and the car had all features of Apple play. Had no problems with pick up and return. They are located inside best western hotel.
