By far the most horrific U-Haul dealer around! Charged our card for an obvious broken down rental that wasnt driveable. When we were like, hey this wont work, no lie, he told us to call the UHaul 800# to get it refunded and walked out. Locked his business, got in his car and drove off, left us stranded on moving day! Took us 6.5 hours and a drive to FL to get another truck. We still cant believe UHaul has this place as a dealer.
