Previous feedbacks are true, and I am so regretted that I didn't read the review before having their service. Very unprofessional, lots of excuses for not be able to arrange trucker to pickup container before the long weekend while my other 2 batches had no problem at all handled by another logistics company. really bad communication, no updates at all.
