Mr. Maxwell is awesome. He showed up on time and quickly and efficiently cleared a significant blockage in my chimney. He and his colleague Dave cleared my chimney and cleaned my wood stove for a modest charge. I would recommend his service to anyone!
Spoke to owner and asked availability. He told me he was 4 weeks out. I called back left message and said the date we had spoke of will work and if he could call back to verify. Well, I called back five different times and left messages with contact info. I never got a call back. This was a 2-3 weeks of calling. I finally got someone to answer. I mentioned my phone calls and if they got them. He said no. I said do you not have called ID or check your messages. They said they do not, I told them that was poor customer service... read more
