Very unprofessional and time waste. If they can't promise something, then they should inform in advance, rather leaving someone in limbo. Booked and confirmed appointment, and asked to text address. I did it straight away, and discussed payment options, then comes appointment day, no one even has even call or just a text that they can't come.. wasted my time, i could have booked somewhere else. Never ever going back to these guys and not recommended after such a slip.
