We needed to do a major valve project for our small coop. The Maxwell team delivered beautifully and on budget. Tony, Nick and Adrian finished the job to perfection in under the quoted time. Mark the foreman was great as well. He ensured we only got top quality, made in USA parts that will outlive me. We are ready for another 50+ years with the new valves. I highly recommend Maxwell and this specific team in particular.
Why did I pay Maxwell Plumbing MORE than what their bill requested?? It took six months to have gas restored in a Manhattan apartment. I went through no less than 5 plumbers, most of whom were slow to respond and all of whom wanted to charge me a minimum of 40 % above Maxwell's quote and one, 7 times what Maxwell charged. Max and his office manager Lauren were courteous, helpful and very prompt to reply to all of my inquiries.
