I couldn't reccomend Maxwell medical more highly if I tried. As a matter of fact I've brought several friends here because of the wonderful level of care that Maxwell has provided in my life. I've been to several of their locations but now, as I am at the 301 Madison ave location I want to call out a few folks in particular. Doctors Kerwin and McKenzie are wonderful chiropractors with slightly different approaches to adjustments but both kind, caring, effective and skilled in their care. I absolutely love coming here. The staff is incredibly kind, skilled, and genuinely caring. I’ve come in with some of the deepest pain I’ve ever experienced, and they’ve helped me heal tremendously. I called this practice to make an appointment for PT on a Monday. They took my insurance info and said they would call me by the end of the day. They didn’t. I called on Tuesday. They apologized and said they will call me within an hour. They didn’t. On Wednesday they texted me and asked for a copy of my insurance card. I sent it to them on Thursday. And DOB. I sent it to them. They said they will get back to me shortly. They didn’t. This is unbelievably bad.
I've been going to Maxwell for years; the front desk is helpful and flexible, and the physical therapists are kind, attentive, and good at their jobs! I've always been able to rely on them when I've had back pain flare-ups, and they're really easy to work with. Do recommend!
