I have seen Alison Post for years for a neck injury from a car accident as well as for work related stresses and injuries. I have seen many massage therapist over the decades since the car accident and Alison has been one of the best I have seen with particularly good technique for my chronic neck condition, alleviating pain. A bonus that she has been becoming a skilled hair designer and colorist. I, now, make a point of scheduling with Alison for both hair and massage.
Went here for some body work after getting injured. Olivia treated me by giving me a assessment and then the best massage ever. Seriously I felt like I was run over by a steam roller in the best way. I will be back!
I’m also a massage therapist, but I don’t take care of myself in a way that I recommend to others. She was a very focused and professional therapist who communicated well and challenged some areas that were clearly uncomfortable and outside my comfort zone. However, she was able to understand my sensitivity and know when and how long to hold the pressure, so it never became painful. She’s a really good person, and I would definitely look forward to our next massage.
Lauren is fabulous!!I felt a real improvement after just one session but realize it will more to get everything straightened out. It’s so much more than a massage!
