Lauren is the best. She is able to find my pain spots, some that I am not even aware of, and work on them with the perfect amount of pressure. Her and Olivia both are super attentive when listening to what and where your aches are and I highly recommend either of them.

I have seen Alison Post for years for a neck injury from a car accident as well as for work related stresses and injuries. I have seen many massage therapist over the decades since the car accident and Alison has been one of the best I have seen with particularly good technique for my chronic neck condition, alleviating pain. A bonus that she has been becoming a skilled hair designer and colorist. I, now, make a point of scheduling with Alison for both hair and massage.
Went here for some body work after getting injured. Olivia treated me by giving me a assessment and then the best massage ever. Seriously I felt like I was run over by a steam roller in the best way. I will be back!
