Horrible surgeon who left a floating screw in a friend of mine and he over filed my vertebrae and charged my insurance company for a procedure he never did. He caused me more pain and torment and unless you die on the operating table you can not sue in the state of Texas it’s pointless. Trust me I would sue if I could.
