I asked about a feeding pump for my daughter and he told me to go through home care that is set up by my pediatrician to process insurance. It is a total lie. GI Drs refer patients for GI equipment including managing insurance and supplying clinicals. DO NOT USE DR CHAIT. He provides substandard care.
This was not my first appointment with Dr. Chait and my experience has been consistently helpful in all respects. Dr. Chait has been and continues to be very thorough and organized in his approach to diagnosis and treatment. There will be more appointments coming up and I am quite sure that each will be as I have just described.
His stuff member committed a theft on the the job. Camera footage and proper investigation was requested from stuff management. Request denied so police was call to his office at 15 North Broadway in White Plains NY. Police report was taken. You need to decide how to trust this medical office with your information and with your health concerns. Absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable.
