Max Max was our agent for the purchase of a 3 acre rural horse property in Bonsall, CA. I must start by stating Max was outstanding. Always available. I felt guilty, but still we called him at all hours and all days including Saturdays, Sundays, mornings, nights, and he never, ever failed to answer. Max has helped us a couple home purchases and one home sale. When we went to sell our home, he provided guidance through the whole process and he was always available to answer all of our questions. He got us multiple offers on our sale and pushed it way above the asking price and he got us into a contingent deal for our purchase in a competitive market. I highly recommend Max! We had a great day looking at a wide variety of homes to 'kick off' my search for a second home. Max is definitely a local. He focuses on N. County but knows San Diego neighborhoods really well.
