Unknowledgeable staff. Terrible communication. Unclear housing application process. You would think something as important as housing would be a more streamlined process, but no, not at Maxwell. Last year, we were offered a home a month after arriving in Alabama, forcing us to get an off base apartment. This is an update to my past review, they recently reached out and offered a resolution to the problems we were having. We appreciated the prompt response and flexibility in addressing the urgency of our needing housing.

Been here for just a week and already having a miserable time with Maxwell Family Housing. I have sent 3 emails and called 4 times total. All of this just to attempt to find out what’s going on with the queue. No response to emails, and EVERY single time I call the answer is “I’ll call you back with that answer.” They do not ever call back. Very unprofessional and a waste of time especially since house hunting can be limited on time as is.
