Discrimination (Make and expect Latinos do all the work)
Only sharing because it was asking for a review since I use to work here. Poor management skills in the R&D lab. What I've heard from others and my experience working there helped me see why nobody stays. Too bad because i thought it was a place where we can be treated equal and i felt like i didn't belong my entire employment. I like to leave this in the past as worst environment I've been at.
Refused to load my driver because it would put them ahead of schedule, driver sat for 4 hrs
Set at this location for 2 and a half hours before they started putting the first product on the trailer.
