cheated me out of my rent refund in 2021. ignored me. I left the rental house in better condition that I found it and even foolishly helped him pay for new flooring that was ripped to pieces.
We used this company in the hoa to redo the dam because it started leaking. So they came out and replaced the piping from the intake down to where it drains. Well 5 or so years later it started leaking from where it did when the fixed everything. So we were digging the hole back out found how he fixed things no good. He took the plastic pipe he put down to where the leak was and from there the old metal pipe that was no good he covered in plastic and poured concrete or something on it. So now the 20000 dollar fix didnt work ... read more
