We were hesitant to take our car somewhere other than our dealership but we are so happy we did! The team at Maxwell was great! Very friendly, and knowledgeable. We really liked the emailed quote with options to approve what we wanted to proceed with. We had our appointment very shorty after calling in and our vehicle was ready the same day. Pricing was very reasonable as well. We will definitely be back!
My family has been using Maxwell Auto for our car maintenance for over 10 years, and the team there never fails to impress me. What an incredible group of people; they are kind, honest, transparent, and genuinely caring. They take the time to ask how your day is going and make you feel like more than just a customer. As a woman who doesn’t know a great deal about how cars work, (my love lies simply in driving them haha!). I can honestly say that I’ve learned so much from these folks over the years. Been coming to maxwell for a while now. Always easygoing when i need work done. Customer service and work is always no stress and done right the first time. Definitely recommend these guys.
I've been getting my tires swapped and oil change done at Maxwell for years. My brother has been going to them for nearly 10. These days, it's hard to come by a solid mechanic, but Maxwell has experts that not only service your car, but complete a full inspection at no extra charge. I cannot recommend them enough, they've even made it a ... read more
My family has been using Maxwell Auto for over 9 years and can honestly say we have never had a better experience at a mechanic's shop. Sean, Karen, and every member of the team are consistently friendly, helpful, knowledgable, and honest. They give you fullsome assessment of issues, provide recommendations (including estimated timeframes surrounding how long a repair can safely wait, vs what is immediately necessary) and do not push unnecessary work. They work quickly, provide solid timeframes for repairs, and give accurate... read more
