Do not deal with this company. I have bought Universal Mount Pins for my husband as a gift for Christmas but they are not the correct ones. Have been trying to return item for refund but get zero response from their sales team after initial contact from Helen.

I've been a MAXTRAX customer for quite a few years now, and my experience keeps getting even better. I would like to give a huge shoutout to Leon and the team at Maxtrax. I recently enquired with them about fitting some MKII Maxtrax recovery boards to my Toyota Fortuner in an east/west direction on a Rhino Rack Pioneer Platform 6. The team (including Leon) were completely responsive and helpful to my enquiry. I ordered 2 x sets of the boards plus a flat rack mounting kit and some soft shackles.
