We bought a motorcycle from them for my Grandson it came only partially assembled. It was never assembled correctly so I messaged them on messenger through there website. I also emailed them through there website asking for assembly information. I never got a response! It shows they read the message but, couldn't be bothered to answer I guess. I just want him to be safe. I should have bought one from a major manufacturer not these guys. Terrible customer service!
