Really disappointing customer service at this shop. We drove 40 minutes hoping to get help replacing a kitchen sink, but were met with a very rude staff member. She cannot be bothered looking into different options and had no interest in helping. Not surprised about the other negative reviews on here about her.
Had purchased a mirror from here (along with a range of other bathroom items). Opened the box and went to size it on my wall but unfortunately it didn't look right and wanted to exchange it for the next size down. But was told I was not able to because the lip of the box had been opened. Won't be coming back here
