This fitness center is incomparable to any other. The level of knowledge (having traveled with and cared for Olympic teams) is exceptional. The style of training will make any person of any level feel comfortable working out at their own level while being challenged at the level their at (you can't be too incapable to work hard- they have many modifications- and the stronger and more athletic you are, the more difficult and challenging the workout will be).
