Justin came by to fix a water shutoff valve and did an amazing job. He was punctual and very professional. He even noticed a couple other upgrades/repairs that would be a good idea to fix and he took the time to complete them in the same visit. Price was very fair. Will certainly use them again if needed in the future!

Very satisfied with my experience with Maxon Plumbing. The entire team was knowledgeable, courteous, and prompt. Anita answered every question I had (by phone and by email) and offered helpful recommendations to make sure I got exactly what I needed. The plumbers arrived on time at the agreed upon time and were both pleasant and skilled. Update: Maxson helped us again with our basement finish by installing a shower, toilet and vanity in our brand new bathroom. The toilet was on an uneven floor, so they had to find a custom solution to get it to sit flat, which they executed perfectly. They were very helpful throughout the entire process in picking out the shower enclosure, the toilet, the shower faucet and the sink faucet. Highly recommend for basement bathroom finishes, as well. My hot water heater failed overnight. I called the next day and they were able to squeeze me in that day despite being booked solid. The water heater was still under warranty and Christian made numerous phone calls finding the parts and getting the needed authorizations. Due to parts availability issues the repair had to wait until the next day but I was super pleased with the effort everyone put forth. I will definitely be using them again for my future plumbing needs.

First time using Maxson Plumbing. Great communication, excellent service, they left my home exactly the way it was when they arrived. Everyone was very polite and they took great care of me and my family, helping to get us back up and running in a timely manner! Tom and Anita the owners were very easy to work with and I 100 percent would recommend their services!
