i was there last night , the food is great, i had a steak sandwich with cheese and mushrooms and pizza sauce, great i'd diffently go back
Awesome Pizza – Simply the best pizza on the island. The restaurant isnt very big, so it does get crowded during the busy monthes of summer, but with limited places to eat on the small island that is to be expected. I live just a few miles away from max's and can tell you it is a local favorite. Some of my personal favs are the House pizza, or if your not in the mood for pizza, try the "super Sub". They also have some of the best fries around. A Must in the topsail area. Prices are resonable and a very casual atmosphere.

Best Pizza on and off the island.... Max's Pizza is one of a kind. It's the best on and off the island. The atmosphere is very casual and very family friendly! It does get a bit loud inside but what do you expect when you have the best pizza around? Just wish they delivered!
Best pizza around Max's Pizza is my favorite place for pizza. No other pizza I have ever had can compare. They have a variety of items on their menu and the prices are reasonable. Friendly service and great location.
Best pizza in the area Everyone in my family loves Max's Pizza. The Pizza is out of this world and so are the subs! It is a nice family atmosphere that gets very busy in the summer season!
