Could not have been easier or better. My lawn tractor threw a belt. Called Max and he came within the hour. He put on a new belt, sharpened the blade, hunted down and tightened loose fittings, applied grease where needed and cleaned everything up better than new. It would be pointless to use any of the other services when the best one comes to your door.
I called at the end of the workday to try and help out a friend whose generator's pull cord had snapped, leaving her in sweltering heat without a way to cool off. When no one answered, I left a message...but received a call back later that very evening! We discussed the situation, and in the end it turned out that she is outside his service area...but then he gave me the number of someone else he trusted who could help her! Excellent service, I'll be bringing my business here in the future!
Ed is a no nonsense salt of the earth guy. Fixed a couple broken lawnmowers that I had . Changed out the spark plugs and got them running.. showed up on time and it was great that we didn’t have to load these things into the family station wagon and take them somewhere. He comes right to your house.
Had high hopes, asked him to make some repairs, Said the machine was worn out and left. Update, Hero came and did some great work, not so worn, I guess!
