We’ve been using the Doylestown location for the last year for both purchase and repairs. This is a great bike store. The owner John is extremely knowledgeable and an honest businessman. His prices are competitive but it’s more about the customer service, no high pressure sales and his knowledge of e bikes that keeps us coming back.
My wife and I were interested in eBikes as we contemplating retirement. We had a million questions. John, the owner, spent a lot of time with us and patiently walked us through all our options. We ultimately selected 2 Velotric models (and a car carrier) and are absolutely love our bikes. It was a great buying experience and I am confident I=we can go back to Max's with any questions or accessories.
