Awesome shop! John C (the owner/manager) is great and knows his products. They offer both sales and service/warranty support for bikes they sell. Very transparent and no-pressure purchasing process, and sage advice. Highly recommended!
Excellent honest service, very friendly. Will absolutely be back for any e bike needs.
Great service and selection! So happy we chose to buy our e-bikes at Max’s Electric Bikes. Can’t wait to ride my bike
Great shop. Great service. John and Brian are very helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend
Great store and workers. Before you buy, visit these guys. With their inventory of many bikes, you can see them, sit and ride and have questions answered. We bought an ebike but not what we went in for. After sitting and riding on the one we thought we wanted, we tried another, different model and it was a perfet fit. Had we just bought from pictures and specs online, we'd have been very disappointed. Brian did a great job helping us get the right bike.
