I’m disappointed with my experience at this shop. I purchased an Aventon Soltera 2.5 on July 26, and only later discovered a $42.93 fee for using a credit card—something that was never clearly communicated at the time of purchase. Within just two weeks, I had issues with the bike and had to bring it back for repairs. Updated 02-Nov-2025 (Still 5 Stars) 5 Star Review from a week ago: I picked up a Velotric Fold 1 plus from this shop. Prior to my final choice, I made a few calls to the shop with questions. I was provide a very friendly experience over the phone and in person. I was able to test the bike I wanted prior to purchase. The whole experience was pleasant and friendly.
