Max cuts hair well but is not a great business man. I had an appointment for 5:30 PM and when I arrived, I was told that the other person working with Max had to leave a few hours early because she was sick. Instead of taking me as his last customer of the day, he told me he has to cancel my appointment. It is very frustrating that he never took the time to call me to cancel especially given that it’s a 20 minute drive there.
