Called Thurs morning to get 2 hallway rugs cleaned, heard back later in day told he would come by 10am Fri., didn’t arrive until 11am, took the two rugs with him to clean & return the next day. These rugs are 2yrs old, the kids had visited had stained the carpet & prior to hearing from him we tried cleaning rugs in tub so rugs were wet. We told him this & we rolled up the wet rugs, left outside for the night & it rained. He showed up at 11am then called around 3:30pm to say they smelled like mildew & were not worth doing.
