Visited the new location, as I had been to the old one a couple of times. And I was able to make an appointment day of, which was nice of them. They really got everything running and put together in time considering how recently they changed locations. The massage was great, lights were dim, and overall very calming environment. Extremely frustrating experience. No one on staff spoke English, and I was unable to communicate a simple request for a female massage therapist. After several failed attempts, I gave up. If you don’t speak Chinese, be prepared for major communication issues here. Would not recommend.
I had a wonderful experience at this massage place. It was so relaxing from start to finish. My massage therapist was excellent and knew exactly where I needed deep tissue work. The pressure was perfect, and I felt so much better afterward. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a professional and relaxing massage!
I frequented the old location in LF and just tried out the new one in Laguna Hills. It's in the same center as the old, closed down DMV and Polly's Pies.
