Horrible customer service, they are 2 hours away so I get my orders next day. My last 3 orders took over a week, because according to them my orders were going west and im on the coast of NC , next one same thing, next one same thing....THEN. their way of making up is offering me 20 ft of free tint ...( the lowest quality of course) but it's almost impossible to get someone to answer the phone and if they do you are immediately placed on indefinite hold, waz on hold one time for 28 minutes trying. place a order. the absolute worst customer service i have ever dealt with. hannah is super rude and unprofessional. was really looking forward to using their film until ive had to deal with “hannah’s” horrible attitude multiple times. will definitely be using another company with some better customer service from now on out. ridiculous!
First time I have used a tint other than Llumar and that was a huge mistake. Long story short, the tint was install twice on my vehicle with the same outcome, scratches all over and creases. I’m not sure if it’s the installer or the product. I Contacted their customer service who promptly denied my claim. Like others have stated, if the installer you contacted uses Maxpro tint, look elsewhere.
