The buying experience was very hard from the beginning. Once I received it was damaged and then you have to order the part from their website. Everything takes a loooong time. I’m still waiting for the DMV papers to register the bike. service is very poor. They have a warehouse near but no showroom so you have to try to find the description and the specifications about the product you are planing to buy. Total disappointment overall.

Bought a Templar X through Amazon (sold through powermax) Shipping took a week, undamaged. If you’re not willing to get a wrench in your hand and do your diligence with these products, don’t buy one. They’re cheap, you need to inspect, anssemble and maintain them. Needed my MCO to be notarized… original one sent was not. 30$ and request via website and I got it in the mail a week later. Wow, there are a lot of negative reviews for this company on here, but I feel like throwing my 2 cents in. I purchased an X-Pro Storm 250 DLX from them back on the 13th of December. Unfortunately, the bike arrived with some damage. MaxPro LLC/Powersportsmax sent me a replacement for every single part that was damaged free of charge. That shows that they do look out for their consumers.
