Bought our son a dirt bag through Walmart the thing ran 3 times and stopped running. Tried calling company for support with no luck or help. They finally sent another carburetor in which we installed. Bike still does not run and if it does it tries to throw you off of it and is dangerous for a beginner. Tried calling again and have been hung up on three times. WORST Customer service!!!! Do NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

If I could give minus stars I would!! BUYER BEWARE THIS COULD BE THE LAST RIDE YOU EVER TAKE I purchased mine online through the Walmart website. I rode this thing 3 times. I could have died and it probably never would have been investigated or placed the blame on a carless rider.... RATHER THAN FAULTY CRAFTSMANSHIP On my final 3rd trip from work, it seemed the exhaust got louder, I thought no biggie I'll look at home.
