Bought a Templar X through Amazon (sold through powermax) Shipping took a week, undamaged. If you’re not willing to get a wrench in your hand and do your diligence with these products, don’t buy one. They’re cheap, you need to inspect, anssemble and maintain them. Needed my MCO to be notarized… original one sent was not. 30$ and request via website and I got it in the mail a week later. Wow, there are a lot of negative reviews for this company on here, but I feel like throwing my 2 cents in. I purchased an X-Pro Storm 250 DLX from them back on the 13th of December. Unfortunately, the bike arrived with some damage. MaxPro LLC/Powersportsmax sent me a replacement for every single part that was damaged free of charge. That shows that they do look out for their consumers. I ordered a Templar from this company, and experienced great customer service from Zora. They worked quickly to resolve my issues. The MCO service was fast and free, with the certificate already listed as a “motorcycle”. Bike showed up 5 days later fully assembled and turned on right after I put gas in it. I would not hesitate to buy another bike from them.
BUYER BEWARE!!!!!! These guys suck soooooooo bad!!!! I ordered two dirt bikes from these guys and have had nothing but problems since. One of the dirt bikes shipped with a leaking gas tank after I paid for the fee for full assembly and testing. The only resolution they had for me was to ship me a new gas tank and would not refund the assembly and testing fee. Good thing I know what I’m doing.
