Horrible service! I wish I could give them 0 stars. Did not remove any of the stains I was told would come out at all. This place is a scam. I was quoted 1 price over the phone and then in person was told oh he meant to say .... amount. When he completed the job, he stated "I got all of the stains up except for 1" only to go in and see all of the stain still very present.The worst parts when I paid for the terrible service the guy hassled me as if my check was fraudulent. They were on time and extremely helpful. They even got stains out of my carpet that I did not think would come out. I asked that they go over certain areas again and the tech was super helpful and did whatever aI asked.

Hello - I utilized MaxPro services for carpet cleaning on 3/23/2018 in Valrico, Florida. I am EXTREMELY disappointed from the time the technician arrived, as his appearance was far from professional in addition to him not having any invoices (still have not received an electronic copy either). Sold me an additional 20.00 of services for heavy wear areas, of which stains were not removed. Very unprofessional had an appointment for 10am and revived a call at 1034am "our techinan will be there in 45 to an hour, " Once I told him I would need their service he hang up the phone.
