Got transferred 4 times to 4 different people before they could request my medication from the other pharmacy, I shouldn’t have to go through this because my insurance changed pharmacies. Absolutely ridiculous! Cross-train your employees to do be able to help more instead of just transferring. It makes it seem lazy.
Very helpful and knowledgeable
Maxor Specialty Pharmacy really is the best. Any time we have had an issue with my son’s Norditropin(that was NOT even the pharmacy’s fault), the ladies have really went above & beyond to make sure my son got his medication as quickly as possible.
