When dropping the truck off he ask if I was keeping the truck, if so he recommended a billet torque converter for an extra $100 and I would still be $2900 to $3000. I agreed but when returning to pick up truck after repairs, I was told by the employee Jeffery the mech who actually does the work that he was not told to install a billet or he would have.
