Fast and professional service and was performed neatly
Maxon Heating & Air installed a new furnace and AC unit for one of my family members. Brandon and Josh did an awesome job. They were very professional. They took their time and answered many questions. They were very patient and understanding. They removed the old units and did a great job with cleaning up everything. I would highly recommend Maxon Heating & Air. Thank you, Brandon and Josh--job well done!
We had Maxon Heating & Air come out for annual furnace maintenance after using another company for many years. We were very pleased with the service we received by Brandon Sell; great work, great customer service. The office staff was very customer service oriented as well. We will have them back out for annual air conditioning maintenance in a month or so.
Was kind and did it in a timely matter
Tyler and Cody were at my mother in-laws to install a hot water tank. They were very quite and professional. There was a part missing (that was out of their control). They went to two different places to get the part. Not able to find the part, it would have to be ordered. They, explained to my father and mother in-laws how to work the hot water, so they would not get burned. Also, informed them that someone would be back to fix the part.
