Unfortunately, my experience with this provider has been very disappointing. There are serious concerns about professionalism and the treatment of both staff and patients. It’s clear that the high staff turnover isn’t just coincidental—it reflects deeper issues. The environment feels negative and unwelcoming. I love Maxit Health. Jim (PA) and Rachel (nutritionist) really sincerely care about their patients. The minute i walked in i felt more relaxed than i ever have in a medical office! I have had some bad experiences in the past, so walking in i start to feel super stressed. Its a breath of fresh air. Jim is very knowledgeable, listened to everything i had to say and started a plan of action. Rachel knows what our body needs and what we need to stay away ftom! Clean and very caring environment.
