Worst experience today. I went there with my father, but the staff didn't even ask what we wanted. One of them sweeping the floor. After 10 minutes, we decided to go to another centre of Maxis. After we walked out, the staff asked why u guys went out. So my father said how long I had been waiting. Then she started to shout "Kalau nak pergi bagitau la tak ada hormat".
