Awful wait time and unethical staff. Always doublecheck before signing anything here! The service here is incredibly slow, I had to wait 2 hours just to get things sorted out. To make matters worse, the sales associates tried to scam me by claiming that a 24-month device contract mandatorily requires adding an extra, new postpaid line for RM50/month on top of my existing number. 听到签配套或者upgrade 就笑脸相迎，几多话可以讲。听到要改动还是什么 就懒得理你，晾你在一边。今天让一个新人来解决我的东西（不过那个新人也是可怜遇到这两个senior） 进进出出几批人了，都没想着先解决我的东西，问问题都是给不确定的答案 不知道在打发谁…真的用maxis 那么久，服务那些真的很烂
