Firstly, my appointment was at 11:30 & I arrived ON TIME. I didn’t get in the chair until 12:05. Similar to Jade’s review below, I was going to give my money to a non black business but tried to give the black business money. I was going to cancel, but unfortunately I was going to be charged a fee for it. I honestly feel like if I’m going to be charged a fee, the stylist should be charged or I obtain some sort of discount for THEM being late after I had to wait 35 minutes for a 10 minute style!
