i had a telehealth visit with dr. lipon and it was horrible. she didn't listen to me at all, told me that I was probably having psychoses due to covid (even though i'd had a negative covid test) and treated me like an addict when i asked her what i could do about the panic attacks i'd been having. it was a really unfortunate interaction. hope no one else has to endure being treated this way.
Very professional ,takes the time to answer your questions, not rushed for time or in a hurry . Thorough and also has a good "bedside manner “
She takes the time to fully listen and explain without all of the medical lingo. She genuinely cares about her patients and doesn't settle for a general medical diagnosis if she knows the ailment is more complex.
She was amazing and took great care of me! Extremely kind and helpful! Helped me and my family feel better! 5 stars! She was extremely welcoming!
